Green Park Apartments
Our 2 bedroom Green Park apartment in Golf del Sur has two twin bedrooms both with ceiling fans, one with ensuite bathroom which is wheelchair accessible.
Everything is included for your comfort,including English TV in the lounge and master bedroom and air conditioning/heating in the lounge.
Our apartment has an open plan lounge/ dining room with a TV which has BBC and ITV channels, DVD, video, radio/cd player, dining table and chairs, there is also a selection of books cd's and videos for your enjoyment.
We have a new kitchen area where there is a full size oven, ceramic hob, fridge with a 3*freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and a washing machine.
There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for your use.
The family shower room has a washbasin and a wc. There is also an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom which is wheelchair friendly.
All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and there is air conditioning in the lounge.
Green Park Apartments
There are 2 bars :- The Sundowners, which is the meeting place for the English residents as well as making holidaymakers welcome, they have karaoke nights here and the local beer is only 1.50 euros a pint.
The Legends bar which is a quiet bar shows football matches on TV.
There is the Cady Shack, which is a cafe/ bar and Mon Lodge restaurant which serves excellent evening meals.
There is also a launderette and a care hire on the complex.
There are communal pools and sunbeds available, the complex is now being run by the community of owners and all apartments are privately owned.
